Article 2 — Business use only
2.1 The Platform is intended exclusively for companies. Consumers may not register or use it.
2.2 A Participant must be established in the Netherlands and registered in the Dutch trade register. Applicants from companies established elsewhere are placed on a waiting list and are not admitted during the Pilot (Article 3.6).
2.3 By registering, the User confirms that:
(a) the User is authorised to represent the Participant and to bind it to these Terms;
(b) the information given at registration and afterwards is accurate and complete;
(c) the User will keep that information up to date; and
(d) the Participant's use of the Platform will comply with applicable law.
2.4 Registration requires a business e-mail address at the Participant's own domain. Addresses at consumer mailbox providers are refused.
Article 3 — Registration, company check and admission
3.1 Registration asks for the User's name, business e-mail address, the company name and the country of establishment, and optionally a job title and telephone number. The User chooses a password and confirms the e-mail address through a link sent to it.
3.2 GreCoM checks each new Participant against the Dutch trade register. This check is carried out by a member of GreCoM's staff. Until the check has been completed, the Participant can prepare Entries but cannot consent to a Disclosure, and no identity is exchanged with anyone.
3.3 "Company checked" on the Platform means only that GreCoM found the company in the trade register and that the registration data appeared consistent with it. It is not a statement about the company's solvency, permits, reliability or suitability.
3.4 GreCoM may refuse or revoke a registration where the company check fails, where the information given is inaccurate, or where admission would be inconsistent with these Terms. Article 19 applies.
3.5 GreCoM may invite an applicant from the waiting list by a single-use link to the registration form. The link is valid for 14 days and works once. An invitation does not create an account: the applicant registers in the ordinary way, and the company check in Article 3.2 applies.
3.6 Applicants from companies established outside the Netherlands are placed on the waiting list and cannot be admitted during the Pilot. Being on the waiting list creates no right to admission.
3.7 GreCoM may set an operational limit on the number of Participants per side (producers or buyers) where moderation capacity or system capacity requires it. Where such a limit is reached, new applicants are placed on the waiting list. No such limit is set at the start of the Pilot.
Article 4 — The account
4.1 The account is held by the Participant. The User is the Participant's contact for the Platform. The Participant is responsible for all activity under its account.
4.2 The User must keep the password confidential, must not share the account, and must inform GreCoM at support@grecomhub.com without delay of any suspected unauthorised access.
4.3 GreCoM may lock an account temporarily after repeated failed sign-in attempts. A session ends automatically 12 hours after sign-in.
4.4 A Participant may ask GreCoM to close its account at any time by e-mail to support@grecomhub.com. Closure is carried out by GreCoM and confirmed by e-mail. Article 19.6 and the Privacy Statement describe what happens to the Participant's data after closure.
Article 5 — What the Platform does
5.1 The Platform is an introduction service. In summary, it allows a Participant to:
(a) describe a Residual Stream or a Requirement, with structured technical data and supporting documents;
(b) have each Entry read by a GreCoM reviewer before it becomes active (Review);
(c) have active Entries compared by GreCoM's rule engine with Entries on the other side, and have candidate pairings decided on by a GreCoM reviewer (Matches);
(d) see, for each published Match, a Card describing the Counterparty's Entry without its identity, together with GreCoM's Assessment;
(e) express interest in a Match, withdraw that interest, or decline the Match;
(f) where both parties have expressed interest, consent to a Disclosure, following which GreCoM reviews the request and, on approval, releases both identities at the same moment and sends both parties an introduction e-mail;
(g) after an Introduction, keep a Transaction Record with the Counterparty, attach documents to it and generate Summaries;
(h) declare, for each Introduction, what it led to (an "outcome declaration");
(i) consult the Carrier Directory; and
(j) receive notifications in the Platform and by e-mail about the Participant's own Entries, Matches, Introductions and Transaction Records.
5.2 The rule engine applies a fixed, versioned set of rules. It rejects a pairing where the material category does not match, where the physical state is not one the buyer accepts, where the quantity offered is below half the buyer's stated minimum, or where a property the buyer marked as mandatory falls outside the buyer's range. Pairings that survive are candidates. The engine produces no score that a Participant sees and applies no threshold of that kind. A GreCoM reviewer decides whether to publish a candidate; nothing reaches a Participant without that decision. The rules in force are described on the Platform under "How it works".
5.3 A Participant confirms every quarter that an active Residual Stream is still available. A stream that is not confirmed is paused and withdrawn from matching; after a second consecutive missed confirmation it is archived. The Platform prompts the Participant before each deadline.
5.4 A Match remains visible to both parties until it is declined, withdrawn, archived or expires. A request for Disclosure that is not answered within 14 days expires, and the Match returns to its previous state.
5.5 GreCoM may, with a recorded reason, correct an Entry on a Participant's behalf or transcribe a value from a document the Participant uploaded. A transcribed value does not count as the Participant's data until the Participant has confirmed it on the Platform.
5.6 GreCoM provides no messaging between Participants before Disclosure, no payment or escrow service, and no transport booking. GreCoM does not charge any fee during the Pilot (Article 16).
Article 6 — What GreCoM is, and is not
6.1 GreCoM introduces companies to each other. GreCoM does not buy, sell, own, take possession of, broker, transport, store, treat or process any material, and does not become a party to any agreement between Participants.
6.2 Any agreement about a Residual Stream is made between the Participants directly, on their own terms, outside the Platform. The Participants alone negotiate and agree price, quantity, quality, delivery, transport, payment, documentation and every other term. GreCoM does not know and cannot read the amounts the parties record on a Transaction Record (Article 13.4).
6.3 GreCoM does not arrange transport. The Carrier Directory is information only (Article 14).
6.4 GreCoM does not inspect, sample, test, certify or verify any material, document, analysis, permit or registration. GreCoM's Review and Assessment have the limited meaning given in Article 7.
6.5 Each Participant is solely responsible for determining whether a material is waste or a by-product or has reached end-of-waste status, for classifying it, for holding and checking the permits, registrations and notifications that the law requires of producers, holders, collectors, carriers, traders and brokers of waste, for the transport and waste documentation that must accompany a shipment, and for compliance with cross-border shipment rules where they apply. GreCoM does not check any of this and gives no advice on it.
6.6 Nothing on the Platform is a recommendation to enter into a transaction, and nothing GreCoM states about a Match, an Entry or a Participant is a representation on which a Participant may rely in deciding to do so. Each Participant carries out its own technical, commercial, legal, environmental and financial due diligence before any physical exchange.
Article 7 — The meaning of a Review and an Assessment
7.1 "Data reviewed" means that a GreCoM reviewer has read the Entry against GreCoM's checklist — relevance, completeness, declared legal status, technical plausibility, quality of evidence, contamination, availability, geography and the risk that the Card identifies the Participant — and found it fit to be matched. It does not mean that GreCoM has verified, validated or certified anything in the Entry.
7.2 "Match assessed" and GreCoM's Assessment mean that, in the reviewer's judgement, the information the two Participants provided appears internally consistent and relevant to each other. An Assessment is based solely on the data the Participants submitted and on the rule engine's findings.
7.3 GreCoM gives no warranty, express or implied, as to the chemical composition, physical properties, safety, quality, quantity, availability, legal status, transportability, fitness for any purpose or regulatory compliance of any material, or as to the accuracy, authenticity or representativeness of any analysis, document or statement submitted by a Participant.
7.4 The disclaimer shown beneath every Assessment on the Platform forms part of these Terms.
Article 8 — Anonymity, consent and Disclosure
8.1 Before Disclosure, a Participant is shown only the Card: sector, a coarse region (North, East, South or West of the Netherlands), a quantity band, the material category and intended application, up to three key properties as bands, and flags for declared hazard and possible processing. Company identity, exact location, contact details, free text and documents are not shown.
8.2 Disclosure takes place only when all of the following have occurred: both Participants have expressed interest in the Match; both have consented to Disclosure on the Platform; the company check of both has been completed; and GreCoM has approved the request. Identities are then released to both parties at the same moment. There is no state in which one party knows the other without being known in return.
8.3 By consenting to a Disclosure, the User acknowledges the confidentiality obligations in Article 9 and confirms authority to release the Participant's identity to the Counterparty. The consent is recorded with the date, the User and the version of these Terms. A Disclosure that has taken place cannot be undone.
8.4 At Disclosure, the Counterparty receives the Participant's legal name, trade-register number, address, the Entry in full, and the documents GreCoM has cleared for release. The User's own name and e-mail address are included in the introduction e-mail only where the User ticked that option when consenting, or where the Participant has set that as its default. Otherwise, the Participant's general contact details are given.
8.5 GreCoM may decline to approve a Disclosure, or place it on hold, where the request shows an anomaly, where either Participant's company check is incomplete, where these Terms appear to have been breached, or where GreCoM has a conflict of interest that requires an administrator's decision (Article 15.3). GreCoM records the reason for every decision.
8.6 GreCoM staff can see a Participant's identity. Every reading of an identity by a member of staff is written to an audit log with the name of the staff member, the time and the reason, and is visible to the Participant in its own activity record on the Platform.
Article 9 — Confidentiality
9.1 Pre-disclosure information. Everything a Participant learns through the Platform about a Counterparty's Entry before Disclosure — the Card, the Assessment and any other information about the Match — is confidential. A Participant may use it only to decide whether to pursue the Match, and must not attempt to identify the Counterparty by any means outside the Platform's Disclosure procedure.
9.2 Disclosed information. A Counterparty's identity, contact details, full Entry, documents and everything recorded on a shared Transaction Record are confidential. A Participant may use them only to evaluate, negotiate, perform and document a transaction with that Counterparty, and may share them within its own organisation and with its professional advisers, carriers and processors to the extent needed for that purpose and under an equivalent duty of confidentiality.
9.3 GreCoM's Assessments and internal notes are GreCoM's confidential information and may not be published or forwarded outside the Participant's organisation.
9.4 These obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes public without breach of these Terms, that the receiving Participant can show it already lawfully held, or that must be disclosed by law or by order of a court or authority, provided the disclosing Participant is informed where the law permits.
9.5 The obligations in this Article apply during the Participant's use of the Platform and for three years after the later of the Disclosure concerned and the closure of the Participant's account.
9.6 GreCoM takes the technical and organisational measures described in the Privacy Statement and on the Platform's "Confidentiality" page to protect information submitted to the Platform. GreCoM cannot guarantee that a Counterparty will comply with this Article; a Participant's remedy for a Counterparty's breach is against that Counterparty. Nothing in these Terms restricts a Participant from doing business with a Counterparty it has been introduced to, and GreCoM claims no exclusivity.
Article 10 — The Participant's data and warranties
10.1 The Participant warrants that every Entry, document, technical value, declaration and other item it submits:
(a) is accurate, complete and not misleading at the time of submission;
(b) is based on analyses and measurements that are representative of the material described, where it reports such values;
(c) is lawfully in the Participant's possession and may be disclosed to GreCoM and, on Disclosure, to the Counterparty;
(d) does not infringe any third party's rights and does not contain a third party's confidential information without that party's authority; and
(e) contains no more personal data than is necessary for the purpose of the Entry.
10.2 The Participant declares the legal status and hazard characteristics of each Residual Stream to the best of its knowledge. GreCoM relies on these declarations and does not verify them.
10.3 The Participant keeps its Entries current, answers the quarterly availability confirmation, responds to reasonable requests for information from GreCoM's reviewers, and archives an Entry that is no longer available or needed.
10.4 Where a Participant discovers that something it submitted was inaccurate, it corrects it or informs GreCoM without delay. Where a Counterparty has already received it, the Participant also informs the Counterparty.
10.5 The Participant is responsible towards its Counterparty for its own statements. GreCoM's Review does not make GreCoM responsible for them.
Article 11 — Acceptable use
11.1 A Participant must not:
(a) attempt to identify a Counterparty before Disclosure, or use information from the Platform to approach a company it believes to be the Counterparty outside the Disclosure procedure;
(b) register more than one account for the same company, register on behalf of a company it does not represent, or impersonate any person or company;
(c) submit false, misleading or fabricated data, analyses or documents;
(d) submit a Residual Stream or Requirement whose trade or transfer is unlawful;
(e) upload malware or harmful code, or interfere with the security or operation of the Platform;
(f) scrape, crawl, copy or systematically extract data from the Platform, or access it by automated means other than the interface GreCoM provides;
(g) reverse-engineer or decompile the Platform, except where mandatory law permits;
(h) use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications; or
(i) use the Platform in any way that breaches applicable law or these Terms.
11.2 GreCoM monitors Entries through Review and may refuse, hold, return for information, or archive an Entry, and may remove or withhold a document, where it appears inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe to publish anonymously, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. GreCoM records the reason for each such decision and informs the Participant through the Platform.
Article 12 — Documents
12.1 A Participant may upload documents — analyses, safety data sheets, certificates, specifications, photographs and similar — to an Entry, and the parties to an Introduction may attach documents to a Transaction Record. The maximum size per file is 50 MB.
12.2 Every uploaded file is scanned for malware and stripped of embedded metadata (for example location data in photographs) before anyone can open it. A file that fails the scan is rejected and the Participant is informed.
12.3 Documents attached to an Entry are visible to GreCoM's reviewers only, until a GreCoM media reviewer has cleared them and a Disclosure has taken place; they are then released to the Counterparty. GreCoM may ask the Participant to redact a document that would identify it before it can be released.
12.4 Documents attached to a Transaction Record are not reviewed by a person at GreCoM and cannot be opened by GreCoM staff. Once attached, a document cannot be removed, because it is also the Counterparty's record; a mistaken file is corrected by attaching a new version.
12.5 Documents are served only through the Platform, to those entitled to see them. Every opening of a document by GreCoM staff is written to the audit log.
Article 13 — Transaction Record, outcome declarations and Summaries
13.1 After an Introduction, either party may open one Transaction Record for it. Both parties see the same record. It allows them to record the progress of a transaction (documents being prepared, ready for collection, collected, delivered, inspection, acceptance or rejection, completion or cancellation), charge lines stating who pays whom for what, discrepancies, and a dispute.
13.2 The Transaction Record is the parties' own record of what they agreed and did. It is not a contract, not an order, not an invoice and not a transport or waste document, and it creates no obligation between the parties or towards GreCoM. Whether and how a transaction takes place is entirely a matter between the parties.
13.3 A dispute raised on a Transaction Record stops every further step until it is withdrawn by the party that raised it. GreCoM does not decide disputes, is not an arbitrator or mediator, and takes no position on the merits. GreCoM may lift a dispute hold with a recorded reason where the dispute has evidently been settled but not withdrawn.
13.4 No member of GreCoM's staff can read the amounts on charge lines, the names of attached files, the content of attached documents, or a Summary. GreCoM sees that a Transaction Record exists, its status, and the type, size and version of its documents. The Platform is built so that a permission to read amounts exists and is granted to no one.
13.5 Each party is asked to declare what an Introduction led to. A declaration is the declaring party's own statement. It is not verified by GreCoM and is not evidence of what the other party did or agreed. Where the two parties' declarations differ, or a declaration differs from the Transaction Record, both parties are shown that. GreCoM uses declarations to evaluate the Pilot and to design the fee model (Article 16).
13.6 A Summary reproduces what the parties recorded at one point in time, in English or Dutch, and carries a checksum. It is not an invoice, not a transport or waste document, not a contract, not a certificate and not a statement by GreCoM about the material or the transaction. It omits waste codes, legal status and hazard class deliberately, so that it cannot be mistaken for a waste document. The parties produce the documents the law requires themselves.
Article 14 — Carrier Directory
14.1 The Carrier Directory lists transport companies that move material in the Netherlands, with the capabilities and registrations each carrier has declared: regions served, cross-border transport, physical states, packaging, transport modes, vehicle types and registrations such as VIHB, NIWO, ADR, ADN, RID or ISO 14001.
14.2 Every capability in the Directory is a carrier's own statement, dated and attributed. GreCoM has not verified any of it. A Participant must check a carrier's registrations and insurance in the public registers itself, exactly as it would without the Platform.
14.3 The Directory is alphabetical. A Participant may filter it on operational facts; the filter never ranks, and a carrier that has not stated a capability is left out of a filter on that capability rather than assumed to have it. No carrier pays for inclusion or position, and GreCoM receives nothing from any carrier.
14.4 GreCoM does not arrange, book, price or relay transport. Contacting a carrier, agreeing a price and verifying its permits are the Participant's own acts, outside the Platform.
Article 15 — GreCoM's own commercial interest
15.1 GreCoM also develops technologies for processing residual streams and may itself wish to buy or process material. Where GreCoM's commercial team publishes a Requirement of its own, every Card and Match based on it is labelled "GreCoM Offer" and states that GreCoM has a commercial interest. A Participant is free to decline such a Match.
15.2 GreCoM's commercial team is organisationally and technically separate from the team that reviews Entries and decides Matches. A reviewer holds no commercial permission, cannot see fee values, transaction records or outcome declarations, and cannot create a GreCoM Offer. The commercial team cannot review Entries, decide Matches or approve Disclosures.
15.3 Where a Disclosure involves a GreCoM Offer, only a GreCoM administrator may approve it, and the conflict of interest is recorded in the audit log.
15.4 A producer may, per Residual Stream, allow GreCoM's commercial team to consider that stream for GreCoM's own business. This opt-in is optional, off by default, recorded as a consent with its version, and can be changed at any time on the stream's overview page. Without it, GreCoM uses the stream's data only for Review and matching.
15.5 Matching is never influenced by payment of any kind, by GreCoM's own commercial interest, or by any commercial relationship with a Participant or carrier.
Article 16 — Fees
16.1 The Pilot is free of charge. GreCoM charges no registration, subscription, introduction, transaction or other fee for the use of the Platform during the Pilot.
16.2 The Platform shows, for each Introduction, what GreCoM's introduction fee would have been under a future fee model, as an indication. That figure is recorded for the evaluation of the Pilot only. It is not an invoice, no amount is due, and nothing is charged.
16.3 GreCoM intends to charge an introduction fee after the Pilot, payable by the Participant that requested the Introduction. Any fee model will set the fee by reference to the quantity of the Residual Stream, never to the price or value of the transaction, and transport, processing and handling costs will never form part of it.
16.4 No fee becomes payable unless GreCoM has published the fee model and given each Participant at least 30 days' written notice before it takes effect. A Participant that does not accept the fee model may close its account before the fee model takes effect, and no fee is then due. Continued use of the Platform for Introductions after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the fee model for Introductions requested from that date.
16.5 GreCoM will never make matching, Review or the approval of a Disclosure depend on the payment of any fee or on the absence of one.
Article 17 — Intellectual property and licence
17.1 The Platform — its software, design, databases, rule engine, texts, trademarks and logos — is owned by or licensed to GreCoM. These Terms grant the Participant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its own business during the term of these Terms, and nothing more.
17.2 The Participant retains all rights in the data, documents and other content it submits.
17.3 The Participant grants GreCoM a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, convert, scan, strip of metadata and otherwise process its submitted content, to the extent necessary to operate, secure and improve the Platform, to carry out Review and matching, to generate Cards, Assessments and Summaries, to release it to a Counterparty on Disclosure, to evaluate the Pilot, and to retain it as the Privacy Statement describes. The licence ends when the content is deleted or anonymised under the Privacy Statement, except for the retained records described there.
17.4 GreCoM may compute and show platform-wide aggregate figures (for example the number of reviewed Entries in a material category), subject to a minimum group size so that no figure describes a single Participant. GreCoM publishes no company-level analytics.
17.5 The Participant may not use GreCoM's name, trademarks or Assessments in its own publicity without GreCoM's prior written consent.
Article 18 — Availability and changes to the Platform
18.1 The Platform is provided during the Pilot as it is. GreCoM makes reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. GreCoM may take the Platform offline for maintenance, security or upgrades, and will give notice where reasonably possible.
18.2 GreCoM may add, change or withdraw functions of the Platform. Where a change materially reduces what a Participant can do with its existing Entries, Matches or Transaction Records, GreCoM gives at least 15 days' notice, except where the change is required by law, by a court or authority, or to address a security risk.
18.3 GreCoM may end the Pilot, or the Platform as a whole, with at least 30 days' notice to all Participants. The Privacy Statement describes what happens to the data.
18.4 GreCoM is not responsible for the Participant's internet connection, devices or e-mail service, or for e-mail that the Participant's systems do not deliver.
Article 19 — Suspension, restriction and termination
19.1 GreCoM may suspend or restrict a Participant's account, or refuse, hold or archive an Entry, where:
(a) the company check has failed or cannot be completed;
(b) GreCoM reasonably suspects a breach of Articles 9, 10 or 11, fraud, or unlawful activity;
(c) the account appears to have been compromised;
(d) the law, a court or an authority requires it; or
(e) it is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Participants.
19.2 GreCoM informs the Participant of a suspension or restriction, and of the reasons, at the time it takes effect or, where the reason requires it, as soon as possible afterwards. The Participant may respond and ask for the decision to be reconsidered under Article 23.
19.3 GreCoM may terminate a Participant's access by giving 30 days' written notice with a statement of reasons. GreCoM may terminate with immediate effect where the Participant has materially or repeatedly breached these Terms, where the law requires it, or where the Participant has ceased to exist or to be registered in the trade register.
19.4 Where a Participant does not accept a change to these Terms or a fee model under Articles 16 and 24, it may close its account before the change takes effect.
19.5 The Participant may close its account at any time under Article 4.4.
19.6 On closure or termination:
(a) the Participant's active Entries are archived and withdrawn from matching;
(b) open Disclosure requests lapse;
(c) Introductions that have taken place, consents given, outcome declarations and Transaction Records remain on record for the periods in the Privacy Statement, because they are also the Counterparty's record and GreCoM's evidence;
(d) the Counterparty to an open Transaction Record keeps access to that record; and
(e) Articles 6, 7, 9, 13.2, 17.2, 17.3 (for retained records), 20, 21, 25 and 26 continue to apply.
Article 20 — Liability
20.1 GreCoM's service consists of introducing companies to each other on the basis of information those companies supply. GreCoM is not liable for:
(a) the accuracy, completeness or lawfulness of any Entry, document, declaration or other content submitted by a Participant;
(b) the composition, quality, quantity, safety, availability, legal status or fitness of any material;
(c) the conduct of any Participant or carrier, or the performance or non-performance of any agreement between Participants or between a Participant and a carrier;
(d) any decision a Participant takes on the basis of a Card, an Assessment, a Review, a Summary, the Carrier Directory or any other information on the Platform;
(e) a Participant's compliance with waste, environmental, transport, tax or other law; or
(f) the loss or disclosure of information by a Counterparty.
20.2 GreCoM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of or damage to data, costs of substitute services, or fines and penalties imposed on a Participant.
20.3 To the extent GreCoM is liable to a Participant on any ground, its total liability for all events in a calendar year is limited to the fees the Participant paid to GreCoM for the Platform in that year or, if higher, EUR 10,000.
20.4 The limitations in this Article do not apply to the extent that loss results from intent or deliberate recklessness (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid) on the part of GreCoM or its managing staff, or where mandatory law does not permit a limitation.
20.5 A claim against GreCoM must be notified in writing within three months after the Participant became aware, or should reasonably have become aware, of the facts on which it is based, failing which the claim lapses.
20.6 The limitations in this Article also apply for the benefit of GreCoM's directors, employees and contractors.
Article 21 — Indemnity
21.1 The Participant indemnifies GreCoM against claims by third parties, including Counterparties, carriers and authorities, and against the reasonable costs of defending them, to the extent arising from:
(a) content the Participant submitted in breach of Article 10;
(b) the Participant's breach of Articles 9 or 11;
(c) a transaction between the Participant and a Counterparty; or
(d) the Participant's non-compliance with waste, environmental, transport or other law.
21.2 This indemnity does not extend to loss caused by GreCoM's own intent or deliberate recklessness.
Article 22 — Data protection
22.1 GreCoM processes personal data of Users and other business contacts as described in the Privacy Statement, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Statement sets out what is processed, why, who can see it, how long it is kept, and the rights of the persons concerned.
22.2 On Disclosure, each Participant receives the Counterparty's identity and contact details and becomes responsible, as a controller in its own right, for its own processing of them. Each Participant uses them only for the purpose in Article 9.2 and complies with data protection law in doing so.
22.3 A Participant that includes personal data of third parties in an Entry, a document or a Transaction Record (for example the name of a laboratory analyst, a driver or a contact at a carrier) warrants that it may lawfully do so, and keeps it to the minimum needed.
22.4 GreCoM does not sell personal data, does not use it for advertising, and takes no decision about a person by automated means alone.
Article 23 — Point of contact, notices and complaints
23.1 GreCoM's point of contact for Participants, for authorities and for anyone wishing to report content on the Platform is support@grecomhub.com. Communications may be in English or Dutch.
23.2 Anyone who believes that content on the Platform is unlawful, inaccurate or in breach of these Terms may report it to support@grecomhub.com, stating where the content is, why it is objected to, and the reporter's contact details. GreCoM confirms receipt, assesses the report with reasonable diligence, informs the reporter of its decision, and informs the Participant concerned of any measure taken and the reasons for it.
23.3 A Participant that disagrees with a decision by GreCoM — including the refusal or archiving of an Entry, the non-publication of a Match, the refusal or hold of a Disclosure, a suspension, a restriction or a termination — may lodge a complaint at support@grecomhub.com within 30 days of the decision. GreCoM confirms receipt within five working days, has the complaint considered by a person who did not take the original decision, and gives a reasoned reply within 30 days. This internal procedure is free of charge and does not limit the Participant's right to go to court under Article 25.
23.4 GreCoM sends notices to the Participant's registered e-mail address and through the Platform. Notices to GreCoM are sent to support@grecomhub.com or to GreCoM's registered address. A notice by e-mail is deemed received on the working day after it was sent.
Article 24 — Changes to these Terms
24.1 GreCoM may amend these Terms. GreCoM notifies Participants of an amendment by e-mail and on the Platform at least 15 days before it takes effect. The notice states what changes and why. Where an amendment is needed to comply with law or a court or authority's order, or to address a security risk, it may take effect sooner.
24.2 A Participant that does not accept an amendment may close its account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Where a material amendment requires a renewed acceptance, GreCoM asks the Participant for it and records the version accepted.
24.3 The version and effective date of these Terms are stated at the top. The current version is always available on the Platform, together with previous versions on request.
Article 25 — Governing law and competent court
25.1 These Terms and all disputes arising from them or from the use of the Platform are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
25.2 The District Court of Rotterdam (Rechtbank Rotterdam) has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute between GreCoM and a Participant arising from these Terms or from the use of the Platform.
25.3 Disputes between Participants are their own affair. GreCoM is not a party to them and does not decide them (Article 13.3).
Article 26 — Final provisions
26.1 Language. These Terms are drawn up in English and translated into Dutch. In the event of any difference in meaning, the English text prevails.
26.2 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Statement and the information on the Platform pages "How it works" and "Confidentiality" constitute the entire agreement between GreCoM and the Participant on the use of the Platform. Any general terms and conditions of the Participant do not apply.
26.3 Severability. If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, and the provision is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
26.4 Assignment. The Participant may not transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms without GreCoM's written consent. GreCoM may transfer them to a successor to its business, with notice to Participants.
26.5 No waiver. A failure by GreCoM to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
26.6 Written form. Where these Terms require something to be in writing, e-mail suffices.
